The office is located in Herbert House, Charter Court on the outskirts of Swansea near the M4, with a new Cardiff office already planned in the near future to provide even closer support to our clients in this region. In April 2021 we welcomed two new recruits to our surveying team who will be based in South Wales, David Hartill as Regional Surveying Manager and Mark Brennan as a Senior Building Control Surveyor.
David has over 20 years’ experience working for the Local Authority and most recently another Approved Inspector working on major projects throughout South West England and Wales in all sectors. Mark also has a wealth of experience and has worked for the Local Authority in Swansea for almost 20 years, and again most recently has been working with another Approved Inspector. Both David and Mark bring a great deal of enthusiasm, experience, and drive to provide a high-quality service to the region. They are both members of the Chartered Association of Building and Engineers and Associate members of the Institute of Fire Engineers
Our team is continuing to grow and we are excited that we can welcome clients to visit us in our new office in South Wales. We already have a strong presence in the region, with a variety of projects stretching across Cardiff, Swansea, Newport and Pembrokeshire.
As with all of our office locations, David and Mark are able to undertake projects located anywhere in England or Wales, with the inspections being carried out by one of our local surveyors.
