Successfully granted Approved Inspector Licence Renewal

We are very pleased to announce that we have been granted approval from CICAIR for the renewal of our Approved Inspector Licence.

To ensure that professional standards are maintained, and that the relevant legislation and the CICAIR Code of Conduct is adhered to, Approved Inspectors must seek re-approval from CICAIR to maintain their licence every 5 years by successfully completing CICAIR’s annual monitoring and audit process.

We are delighted to have demonstrated that we are maintaining our professional standards whilst adhering to the all relevant legislation.

Our Building Control Director Dave Allen plays a key role in ensuring the company is successfully granted their renewal licence, here are his thoughts on the news.

“Cook Brown Building Control have once more been granted approval of our approved inspector licence through the Construction Industry Council Approved Inspectors Register (CICAIR). This licence to operate proves our total commitment to helping our customers achieve safe, efficient and compliant buildings through our continued growth.

We take our responsibilities very seriously and our highly professional and dedicated teams operate with embedded quality systems and processes with regular internal auditing and support for career development.

We are looking forward to the changes in the building control system and supporting all that work with us to understand the changes.”
