Get to know Michael Fussell

Michael Fussell has recently joined our team as the Regional Manager for Wales, based in Swansea. Michael brings with him extensive experience and a proven track record in the field.

As Regional Manager, Michael will play a pivotal role in providing leadership, direction, and oversight to our regional team. He will ensure that our team remains responsive to customer needs while addressing equal opportunity, health, and safety issues effectively.

With 16 years of experience in local authority building control, Michael has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including small domestic builds, residential housing, NHS facilities, schools, shopping complexes, and sports stadiums. Additionally, he spent 6 years with MD Insurance, where he served as the Regional Manager for Wales and South West. In this role, Michael managed a team of surveyors covering warranty and building control, with direct involvement in high-value schemes.
