Our Northern Building Control Team have relocated from The Calls to Brewery Wharf, just a two-minute walk from the City centre and Leeds Train Station.
Pete Kelly and our latest recruit, Rob Cuthbertson will have a presence in the Leeds office to cover projects based in the North of England.
Rob joined us in March as our Specialist Projects and Principal Surveyor, he will be working from Leeds and York, providing Building Control expertise for specialist projects predominately in the North of England but working nationwide. He is working alongside Dave Allen (London) and Dave Kirby (Bristol). The team cover small, medium and large commercial projects and those that have a technical, innovative or complex compliance element. In addition, historic or listed buildings are within their area of expertise.
Building Control Surveyor, Pete looks after new and existing clients providing Building Regulation guidance and advice on new dwellings, extensions and renovation projects located around Yorkshire and Humber.
We have eleven offices within the UK, with surveyors based all over England and Wales allowing us to cover projects nationally. We have Approved Inspector status to provide Building Control Services to projects of all sizes and across all sectors.
