This award-winning home showcases the use of local natural materials and an excellently designed structure on a tricky, steep, and compact plot. Crafted to meet the latest thermal standards, the clever use of space was particularly impressive. 

The bungalow benefits from an air source heat pump, underfloor heating, and triple-glazed aluminium windows to assist with SAP Calculations. Locally sourced stonework and timber cladding were specifically chosen to minimise the carbon footprint.
