We are privileged to work on diverse projects providing Building Control services for clients that seek Building Regulations Advice and Guidance to ensure that their construction projects are compliant and built to the highest quality standard.
Our housing portfolio is flourishing across England and Wales, and we are pleased to announce our involvement on the successful completion of three luxury detached properties in the Stratford-Upon-Avon countryside.
The Stratford Paddocks Development, designed by Simon Hood Developments, consists of three stylish detached properties – Clifford Farm House, Hill View and Farm View, all located at Clifford Chambers, Warwickshire. The custom homes have taken nearly two years to design, plan, and construct – using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship available within the construction sector.
Clifford Farm House is the largest of the properties, presenting five-bedrooms of which three have accompanying en-suites, a family bathroom, luxurious drawing room, relaxing family room, kitchen-living area, and utility space. The building is complete with an oak beamed double car port, facilitating an electric car charging facility, and a paved terrace area providing views across the countryside whilst basking in the sun.
Hill View and Farm View are located adjacent to the main home. The properties both offer four-bedroom accommodation – with one en-suite and a family bathroom – inclusive of the master suite bedroom, with a private en-suite and dressing room on the second floor. The ground floor presents an open plan kitchen-dining room, living room, private study, and utility/storage room. The homes come complete with a carport, patio courtyard and their own private fruit orchids.
The homes have all been designed to the highest specifications and include environmentally friendly features with sustainability in mind. These features include air source heat pump and Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recover (MVHR) system – providing a ‘fully filtered’ air system throughout the property. All dwellings have built from stone and reclaimed hardwood, together with picture windows to create light open spaces.
“The craftmanship of these properties has been completed to the highest possible standard and we were delighted to have been included to work with the Designers and Contractors to provide Building Control services to ensure that all properties were compliant with Building Regulations.”
