Building Control Services for Skyline Swansea

The development will include a 1-mile gondola connecting the Copper Quarter with Kilvey Hill, alongside Luge tracks, a Sky Swing, walking and mountain biking trails, an adventure playground and food and drink facilities. The wider development also includes supporting buildings, infrastructure, access routes, landscaping and associated works.

Planning permission was granted in March 2025, with construction now underway and the development currently expected to open in 2028.

Cook Brown Building Control is providing Building Control services throughout the project, supporting the development as it progresses through construction.
