Location: Bristol
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Registered Building Inspector
At Cook Brown Building Control, we’re a seeking Class 2 Registered Building Inspector with Commercial and Domestic experience to service a portfolio of interesting Residential and Domestic projects in the Bristol region.
This role offers exciting opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, and work as part of a dynamic team of Registered Building Inspectors.
Requirements
- Full or part qualified RICS or CABE
- Duties will include plan checking domestic applications.
- Undertaking local site inspections and working with local architects to provide a collaborative approach to delivering the Building Control service.
- At least 5 years’ experience with domestic projects.
We offer the chance to work with an established client base, as part of a supportive team culture, with a renumeration package negotiable based upon experience and skills to deliver a client focussed, technically excellent service.
