Former seafront hotel given new lease of life as transformation into 42 apartments nearly complete
Working again with our longstanding client The PG Group, we are delighted to be involved in their latest development ‘Promenade House’ on Beach Road in Weston-Super-Mare. The site holds an existing building originally constructed in 2007, which was previously known as Somerset Legion Hotel. In July 2021 The PG Group acquired the building and have since transformed it into 42 one and two bedroom seafront apartments, with the development just having been completed.
Like many of their projects, The PG Group are taking special care to maintain the external character of the building whilst ensuring the interior has a quality finish and meets the needs for modern living. Beech Road is a landmark site of this town, so it is great to see and be a part of revitalising this area for the local community alongside the option of Help-to-Buy being available on all homes providing much needed properties for first time buyers.
