Project Description:

Working with the architect Origin 3 Studio, we were appointed by the client, DPL Partnership Ltd, to provide Approved Inspector Services on the conversion of an existing office building into student accomodation comprising of 13 cluster flats, 5 one-bedroom studios, 15 two-bedroom studios and a wardens flat together with communal space. The student accommodation has been purpose built for the nearby university campus and takes into has the welfare of the students at its heart.
