We were appointed by Juniper Homes to provide full Building Control services for the transformation of a former manor house into a mixture of 44 apartments, duplex’s and town houses. To date we have issued our plan check reports, submitted the statutory consultations, attended design team meetings and undertaken site visits at the necessary stages. The transformation has taken over three years, but is now on its way to completion with many apartments ready for occupation in spring 2021.
