This project saw the conversion of an existing building in Bristol City Centre to thirteen luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments. The building is Grade I listed and was originally a Georgian townhouse, it required a full strip out, formation of lift shaft and lightwell and rear extension which formed balconies to the rear apartments. The new apartment building also features a roof terrace and some impressive zinc cladding.
