Premier Inn, Southampton:

This project involved the refurbishment of a 155-bed Premier Inn hotel in Southampton West Quay, upgrading it to meet the latest brand standards. As part of the works, 32 rooms were fitted out to Premier Inn’s premium ‘Premier Plus’ specification. The full scope included a complete strip-out and refurbishment of all guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and the staircase.

Cook Brown Building Control was appointed to provide Building Control services throughout the fit-out period, supporting the successful delivery of a safe and compliant hotel refurbishment.
