Premier Inn, Finzels Reach, Bristol

We were appointed to provide Building Control Services for the development of the new Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Finzels Reach), located within the popular Finzels Reach area in the heart of Bristol city centre. Working alongside RGB Group, the project formed part of the wider regeneration and continued investment across this thriving mixed use waterside destination.

The impressive £15 million development comprises a modern 168-bedroom hotel designed to support the growing demand for high quality accommodation within Bristol’s busy city centre. Positioned within one of the city’s most prominent regeneration areas, the hotel provides guests with convenient access to Bristol’s commercial districts, retail destinations, transport links, and waterfront attractions.

The scheme required close collaboration between all parties throughout the construction process to support compliance across the development while maintaining progress on site. Due to its city centre location, careful consideration was required around site logistics, coordination, and the integration of the hotel within the surrounding Finzels Reach development.

The completed hotel now provides contemporary accommodation within a well established and vibrant part of Bristol, contributing to the continued growth and appeal of the Finzels Reach area for both business and leisure visitors.
