My work background:
I have always been interested in construction and joined Local Authority Building Control after leaving school at the age of sixteen. Working on a vast range of projects in both public and private sectors throughout my career, has provided me with the experience, knowledge and skills to deliver a customer focussed service and to assist Cook Brown Building Control in becoming a market leader in Building Control.
About my role:
I am part of the Directing team which is responsible for the strategic growth of the business both regionally and nationally. My main role is to co-ordinate the Approved Inspector service in the South West and Midland regions, supporting Operational Delivery, Client Management and the Building Control Surveyors. I am also responsible for collaborating with the marketing team overseeing the marketing activity undertaken for Cook Brown Building Control at Group level, and having a strategic input on successful delivery.
Random facts:
I once played the drums at Wembley Arena.
