We were appointed to provide Registered Building Control Approver services for a series of office fit outs at Imperial House in Covent Garden, London. The works covered the first, third, seventh and eighth floors of this prominent central London building, delivering high quality modern office accommodation across multiple levels.

In addition to the upper floor fit outs, the project also included the reconfiguration of the ground floor entrance, improving the arrival experience from Kean Street, alongside the provision of new shower facilities within the basement to support staff welfare and end of journey amenities.

The scheme formed part of a wider upgrade to the building’s internal environment, enhancing both functionality and user experience while retaining the character and prestige of the property in a highly desirable location.
