We were appointed by Cardo to provide Building Control services for the fit out of Hydronix Ltd.’s new office and storage accommodation at Henley Business Park in Guildford. The project involved the conversion and refurbishment of two existing industrial units to create a modern and functional working environment tailored to the operational requirements of the business.

The development transformed the industrial spaces into high quality office accommodation, incorporating dedicated meeting rooms, ancillary storage areas and staff welfare facilities. The scheme also included upgraded internal layouts, improved accessibility provisions and associated building works to support the change in use and day to day functionality of the premises.

Throughout the project, we worked alongside the wider design and construction team to support compliance with Building Regulations across all stages of the fit out works.
