We worked with Create Construction on the erection of the new Hampton by Hilton Blackpool in Blackpool. Positioned on Blackpool’s iconic seafront, just moments away from the world famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the development has become a prominent addition to the local hospitality offering and provides modern accommodation for both leisure and business visitors to the area.

The hotel comprises 130 contemporary bedrooms designed to provide comfortable and practical accommodation for guests visiting the town throughout the year. Alongside the bedrooms, the development includes a fully equipped fitness room, an open plan restaurant and bar area, and a dedicated business work zone to support both corporate and remote working requirements. The communal areas were designed to create a welcoming environment for guests while supporting the operational demands of a busy seafront hotel.

Due to its prominent coastal location, the project required careful coordination throughout the construction phase, with close attention paid to programme management, build quality, and the logistical challenges associated with working within a busy tourist destination. The scheme involved the delivery of a large scale hospitality development within a high profile area of Blackpool, contributing to the ongoing regeneration and investment across the town’s seafront.

The completed hotel now provides a modern and well connected base for visitors, combining contemporary facilities with direct access to Blackpool’s key attractions, transport links, and entertainment venues.
