Cook Brown Building Control was appointed to provide Building Control services for a landmark purpose built student accommodation development within the wider Brent Cross Town regeneration scheme.

The project comprises 662 student bedrooms alongside flexible commercial accommodation, including two retail units located at ground floor level. Designed to support modern student living, the development delivers high quality residential accommodation together with communal and amenity spaces that contribute to the wider mixed use environment being created across Brent Cross Town.

As part of one of the UK’s largest regeneration programmes, the scheme forms a key element of the multi billion pound Brent Cross Town Masterplan, a major urban development that will deliver new homes, workplaces, educational facilities, public spaces and transport infrastructure for London and the surrounding region.

Throughout the project, Cook Brown Building Control worked closely with the wider design and construction team to support compliance across all stages of the development and assist in the successful delivery of this large scale scheme.
