We were appointed by White Horse Homes Ltd to provide Building Control services on five detached four-bedroom homes in a secure private development located in Downend, Bristol. Our services include the submission of statutory documents to the relevant authorities, producing a detailed plan check report, carrying out site inspections at the necessary stages and issuing our Final Certificate to sign off the development.
The layout of the homes was designed with the modern family in mind and have a unique layout to best utilise living, entertaining and studying areas. Each home is complete with a garage, glazed balcony’s, landscaped gardens and off-street parking, and finished with an extremely high specification throughout.
