Cook Brown Building Control Build Quality Award

We are pleased to announce that our Cook Brown awards are back!

Back in 2018 we began awarding our clients and projects for their exceptional build quality, design excellence and energy innovation. Due to the pandemic these awards were temporarily placed on hold, but we are very excited to say that we have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure their outstanding projects are recognised.

We have three awards that we will be handing out over the course of the year at each quarter, Cook Brown Building Control’s Build Quality Award, Cook Brown Building Control’s Design Excellence Award, and Cook Brown Energy’s Energy Innovation Award.

The first award to be granted is Cook Brown Building Control’s Build Quality Award, our surveyors have nominated projects from around the country that meet our judges’ criteria. Our judges are in the process of evaluating each of the nominees to decide the winner.

What the judges are looking for:

  • Developments that have been completed to a very high quality
  • Built with good quality materials
  • High-standard of workmanship
  • Safety measures maintained
  • High level of energy performance
