Commercial Terms and Conditions

Payment arrangements

Unless otherwise agreed, we will invoice for:

1. The administration and plan assessment fee following the issuing of our plan assessment report.
2. The Site Inspection fee following commencement of the works.

We shall invoice monthly in arrears in respect of any Variation. Please refer to our Terms of Appointment attached at Appendix 1 for further information. Please note, there will be no rebate of the Fees should the Project not proceed or complete.

Cancellation

As a “consumer” you have the right to cancel our appointment for any reason by sending us a notice of cancellation in a form such as the attached within 14 days of the date the Project Appointment Form is signed by you.  You agree that if we have been/are instructed to perform services at any time before the 14 day period expires and this is confirmed in writing, we will be entitled to any fees and expenses properly due before we receive the notice of cancellation. Please be advised that £125 + VAT cancellation fee will be applied to projects cancelled after submission of our Initial Notice, if a Plan Check has been carried out and you wish to cancel your application additional charges will be applied.
