This is an exciting opportunity to join Cook Brown (Building Control) Ltd, one of the UK’s leading approved independent building control companies, and part of the Hickton Group Ltd.

We are seeking  Building Control Surveyors with commercial and domestic experience to service a portfolio of interesting residential and domestic projects in the Bristol region. These roles offer exciting opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, and work as part of a dynamic team of surveyors.

Building Control Surveyors 

• Full or part qualified RICS or CABE
• Duties will include plan checking domestic applications.
• Undertaking local site inspections and working with local architects to provide a collaborative approach to delivering the Building Control service.
• At least 5 years’ experience with domestic projects.
