We were appointed to provide Plan Assessment and Site Inspection services for the construction of two new dwellings at 76 Grove Road in the Coombe Dingle area of Bristol. The scheme involved the development of two high quality residential properties on a residential plot within close proximity to the city centre.

The project delivered two individually designed new homes, each offering spacious and contemporary living accommodation. The dwellings were carefully planned to maximise internal space, natural light and modern living requirements, resulting in well proportioned family homes with a strong focus on comfort and functionality.

Working alongside Benchmark Builders Ltd, we undertook detailed plan assessments and carried out site inspections at key stages of the build to monitor compliance with Building Regulations. This included reviewing structural elements, fire safety provisions, drainage arrangements and thermal performance requirements throughout the construction phase.

The completed development provides two high quality dwellings that enhance the surrounding residential area while offering a modern standard of living within easy reach of Bristol city centre.
